We use selective laser sintering (SLS) as our additive manufacturing process, in which the component is built up individually layer by layer. The laser beam fuses the new powder with the component until the finished product is built up with all layers.
Another plus point - the material can be retreated and reworked by a wide variety of processes.
High impact strength at cold temperatures coupled with high wear resistance and good chemical resistance - ideal for printing seals, handles and trim. Dyeing with your desired color is of course also possible.
Coloring according to RAL color palette or desired color, taking into account the minimum wall thickness and minimum gap dimension, is part of our portfolio.

The thermoplastic TPU is used for flexible and elastic components. For this purpose, we use Shore hardness 86A and thus achieve components with the desired elasticity and pleasant feel using selective laser sintering.
