Nadine H. began her training to be a shipping and logistics services clerk at the Seifert Logistics Group in Ulm in 2000. She learnt a lot about the individual departments during her 3-year course, which proved invaluable when it came to choosing her future career path.

After successfully completing her training, she was given the chance to work on the SLD when the site at Ehingen was expanded, an opportunity she accepted. She is still enjoying this position today. The concept of rotating through all departments during training allows employees to find the right place for them in the company – she thinks that is fantastic.
