Piping, Sewers and Industrial Services Specialist

Piping, sewers and industrial services specialists work in the field of drainage networks and wastewater and sewage sludge treatment in municipal and industrial treatment plants.

TRAINING CONTENT

  • Planning, managing and controlling technical workflows
  • Using, monitoring, inspecting and servicing machines, equipment and special vehicles using safety installations and personal protective equipment
  • Cleaning industrial and wastewater facilities, taking into account preparatory measures, working safety and environmental protection
  • Assisting with proper disposal of residues produced during the work of industrial cleaning, industrial servicing, pipework and sewer cleaning
  • Detecting operational faults in equipment and resolving these faults
  • Awareness of environmental, hygiene and cost factors
  • Applying specialised legal regulations and technical rules
  • Customer and service-oriented thinking and using information and communication technologies
